What we collect
If you complete the operating hours audit, we store your answers. If you also leave your email and your organization's name, we store them together with those answers.
What we keep from the audit
When you complete the operating hours audit, we store your answers and the estimate the calculation returns in our own systems, which only we can access. If you leave your email and your organization's name, we store those there too. We use that data for two things: to write to you with our read of your case, and to build benchmark figures by organization type and size. If we ever publish those benchmarks, they will be aggregated and will never allow any organization or person to be identified. We do not sell or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it to train models. If you want yours deleted, write to info@maysasp.com and we will.
What we use it for
Your email is used to send you the report and a personal read of your results. We do not share it with third parties, sell it, or add you to any mailing list.
Analytics
We use an analytics tool that does not set cookies or track individuals. It measures visits in aggregate.
How long we keep it
Answers are kept as input for the benchmark figures. Your email is kept while there is an open conversation, and is deleted on request.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by writing to info@maysasp.com.
